Introduction

Very moist cake-like brownie Very moist cake-like brownie
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 cup Flour, white
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup Brown Sugar, unpacked
    1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Zucchini, grated

Directions

Make at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 10 x 15 greased pan.

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add zucchini to wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry until moistened. Spread in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
