Introduction

After looking at the SparkPeople recipe for Mac and Cheese (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
ail.asp?recipe=123) I thought the nutritional info was fishy so I input what I did (identical to their ingredients) and came up with this.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/2 cup milk, non-fat
    8 oz velveeta light cheese

Directions

Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain, return pasta to pot and turn heat to medium. Add non-fat milk and cubed Velveeta Light cheese and stir until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste upon serving.
