Turkey or Chicken Salad Burritos

Introduction

This isn't your Mother's recipe for left over turkey, it's WAY better! This is GREAT for using up left over turkey
I used fat free cheddar cheese (Lifetime) which is not in the Spark Database, I used low fat mayonnaise, my home made sugar and salt free salsa so the nutrition information for this recipe is way off but I had to use what was in the Spark Data base.

NOTE THIS RECIPE USES SLICED BLACK OLIVES, WHICH IS NOT IN THE SPARK DATABASE
Also whatever flour tortillas and picante sauce you want to use.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked Chicken, chopped
    3/4 cup Celery, chopped
    1/2 cup Onions chopped
    1/4 - 1/2 CUP SLICED Black Olives,
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, fat free Lifetime cheese,
    1/2 cup low fat Mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 cup Picante sauce
    6-8 whole wheat tortillas, Low Carb

Directions

Heat oven to 350

In medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, black olives and cheese. In another bowl, whisk together salad dressing and picante sauce.

Pour sauce over turkey mixture; blend well.

Spoon filling onto tortillas; wrap burrito-style.

Heat in 13 x 9 inch baking pan 20 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
