Chrissys Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

    Progresso Bread Crumbs Serving = 1/4 Cup, 0.125 cup
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Muellers Elbow Macaroni Serving = 1/2 Cup Dry, 6 serving
    Ingles Sharp Cheese, Brick, 1 oz serving, 7 oz
    Laura Lynn Mozzarella Cheese Serving = 1 ounce, 5 oz

Directions

Bring 5 cups of water to boil in large sauce pan, add macaroni (2 1/2 - 3 cups of dry noodles) & cook as per directions on box, then drain well. Cube mozzarella and sharp cheeses. In large (deep) casseroll dish, spray bottom & side lightly with original Pam. Making 3 layers, start with noodles on bottom of casseroll dish, then mozz cheese, then sharp cheese, repeat twice more ending with cheeses on top. Add 1/2 cup milk, sprinkle 1/8 cup of Italian bread crumbs over top, cover & bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until top is slightly crispy & lightly browned. Serve hot. Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
