    1 3oz can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Water Tuna, without water
    1 tbsp Capatriti Balsamic Vinegar
    5 Inner leaves of Romaine Lettuce, shredded
    1 Large Orange Bell Pepper, diced

Directions

The Vinegar adds a bit of sodium but is a great substitution for those wanting to cut down (or completely eliminate) their dairy intake.
