Introduction

This cheese cake is very light and rises extremely high in the oven, but will not stay that high. It is a family favorite for any holiday or celebration. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Dough:
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick
    Splenda, 2.2 cups

    Filling:
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1000 grams
    Splenda, .25 cups
    Egg, fresh, 5 large
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted, .5 stick

Directions

Make the dough for the bottom first and spread it into a spring form, so it is covered.

Melt the butter for the filling and whip it all together for about 5 minutes. Pour into form and bake in the oven at 350F, on the middle rack until a toothpick comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let it cool in the oven.

Serve with fruit topping or whipped cream. Makes 16 servings.
