I constructed a nutritious drink using my delicious vegan protein powder along with my favorite foods, (medjool dates & bananas), along with real vanilla extract & ground cardamom.**Important** Use a frozen banana for this recipe.
I constructed a nutritious drink using my delicious vegan protein powder along with my favorite foods, (medjool dates & bananas), along with real vanilla extract & ground cardamom.

Ingredients

2 TBSP Nutribiotic vegan rice protein powder, vanilla
1 cup Earth Balance organic vanilla soymilk
.5 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 Medjool dates
1 Banana, frozen
*Note: If you prefer a thick drink, you could add Hemp seeds. Perhaps even ground chia seeds would work too.
Directions
First, chop up dates & cut frozen banana into quarters - (or smaller, depending on your blender).
In blender, add soy milk & vegan rice powder, blend well, then add chopped up dates along with frozen banana pieces. Add vanilla & cardamom, blend on high until liquified.
Add 1 or 2 ice cubes if you'd like, and blend again.
