Introduction

Ragi known as Finger millet in English is very filling and gluten free. To be a binding agent I use 1:1 ratio Ragi and regular wheat flour. Ragi known as Finger millet in English is very filling and gluten free. To be a binding agent I use 1:1 ratio Ragi and regular wheat flour.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    RAGI FLOUR, 100 gram
    *Golden Temple Durum Atta (wheat) Flour, 0.75 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

This makes 12 servings.

Add both the flours with the oil and knead the flour with hot water to make a nice firm dough. Let it rest for 5min and then roll it out and make into 12 balls. Then using a rolling pin, roll it into flat discs and roast on the pan.
