Berry Yam Casserole

Ingredients

    Flour, whole grain, .5 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry),
    1 tsp cinnamon
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup, melted
    *Bruces yams, 7 serving (remove)
    Cranberries, 2 cup, whole (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter, mix till crumbly. Toss 1 cup of flour mixture with the drained yams and cranberries. Place in 1.5 qt casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350* for 30-35min.
Makes 10 servings.
