1.5 Lb chicken breast (cut into bite sized pieces)
2 cups water
1 cup frozen pearl onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp mrs dash chicken blend
1 tsp black pepper
1 can (14.25 oz) low sodium chicken broth
2 cups halved mushrooms
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/4 cup water
3 TBSP cornstarch
2 cups frozen peas
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until veggies are tender.
Combine water and cornstarch and whisk until blended . Add mixture and the peas to the crockpot. stir well
Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
