Healthy Banana Cake

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup
    Stevia, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    NuSalt, .5 tsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 1/8 cup (May use 1 1/8 cup skim milk mixed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 3 serving
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped


Directions

1)Mix dry ingredients together except for nuts.

2)Add in moist ingredients.

3)Fold in nuts.

4)Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
