Shrimp Sauce

Introduction

A sauce I use for putting over fish or with pasta. A sauce I use for putting over fish or with pasta.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1.5 Tbsp butter
    1.5 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    0.33 cup fat free half and half
    0.33 cup Italian Four Cheese Blend
    1 Tbsp dill weed
    1 tsp Old Bay Crab Seasoning
    2 Tbsp sour cream

Directions

Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Saute garlice for a minute. Add shrimp. Let cook for about 2 minutes, then stir and let cook another 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Add dill and Old Bay. Stir in. Then add half and half and four cheese blend. Stir frequently until cheese is melted. Serve over fish or with pasta.
Servings: 4, about 1/3 cup.
