    * chicken stock select salt reduced, 1 cup
    * Rice flour, white, 10 grams ()
    * Onions, raw, 200 grams grated
    * Carrots, cooked, 300 grams grated
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 150 grams (remove)
    * Peas, frozen, 150 grams (remove)

    * Tomato Sauce, 60 grams (remove)

Directions

Fry mince with spray oil , drain any fat
add veges, tomotoes, stock ,herbs, garlic, sauce, bay leaf
bring to boil then simmer 10 mins
add flour if needed
while simmering boil chopped ( both) potatoes in microwave for 10 mins, then mash with milk & marg

put mince mixture in cassarole dish top with pototoe,
if desired top with cheese( not in nutri breakdown)
put in oven till bubb;le and brown on top about 20minutes
