Ingredients



    * Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    * Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 22 oz (remove)
    * Ginger Root, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 2.5 tbsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Curry powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

First cut cauliflower in big pieces and microwave it untill crisp tender.
Make big pieces of potato, sprinkle some oil and salt microwave until well cooked.
In blender puree onion, tomatoes, ginger and gallic.
In big pan heat oil add cumin seeds you can add some asofoitida.
When it is well heated add pureed mixer in pan reduce it until oil is separated.
Add your curry powder and salt inti.
Add cauliflower and potato fold gravy in it.
Add two glasses of water and bring it to boil.
You can reduce or increase the curry powder based on your taste.
