Hamburger Hash

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 8 cup diced
    Ground beef, 32 oz
    beef broth, 14 oz
    Water, tap, 42 fl oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Cook ground beef and onions in 4 qt. pot until there is no pink in beef. Drain. Add in potatoes, beef broth and water. Cook until potatoes are fork tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Top with ketchup, or some parmasean cheese.
