Rumbamel's Sweet and Sour Turkey with Wild Rice

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -9 oz of chopped turkey
    -1/2 C chopped onion
    -1 1/2 C chopped cooked broccoli
    -1 bag Steamfresh Brown & Wild rice with corn, carrots and peas, cooked
    -1/3 C sweet and sour sauce
    -1 C pineapple tidbits, unsweetened, drained

Directions

--Heat your onions, turkey and broccoli in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat stirring often for about 5-7 minutes, covered until onions are soft. Add the rice and stir again. Add the sweet and sour sauce and pineapple, stir once more. Heat only until warm.

--Makes 5 C or 4 servings of 1 1/4 C each.
