    1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
    1/2 cup Iceberg Lettuce (salad), chopped
    2 wedges Tomatoes
    1/2 cup Cucumber, slices
    1/4 cup Broccoli, chopped
    1 large Hard Boiled Egg
    1/2 Chicken Breast, cooked, sliced

    *add any veggies you have on hand

On each plate...

arrange lettuce over whole plate

Lastly, slice chicken breast and fan over middle of the salad.
