    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large
    Organic Vegenaise, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Cut cauliflower into florets and steam for 5-7 minutes. Let cool. Completely mix all ingredients.
