Ingredients

    Grouper fillet, 3-4 ounces
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 cup onions
    3T Bottled salsa
    1/4 C Marinara sauce
    2T Olive oil
    2T butter

Directions

Pan sear grouper fillet in oil and butter, add mushrooms and onions and saute for 3 minutes. add salsa and marinara sauces and warm for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables.
