HG Crab Rangoonies

Introduction

Recipe from Hungry Girl for baked crab rangoon. To shave off a few calories, you can use 2 TBSP Fat Free Cream Cheese instead of using 1 TBSP of FF and 1 TBSP of whipped, but I find that the whipped gives the recipe a little more creaminess and a little less sodium. Ingredients

    8 Wonton wrappers
1 TBSP Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
2 oz Geisha Crab Meat with leg meat, canned, drained
1/2 tsp Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
1/8 tsp Alessi Roasted Garlic puree
    2 TBSP green onion, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375d
Chop green onion into very small pieces.
Break Laughing Cow wedge into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients - except wonton wrappers - in a small bowl and set aside.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
Lay wrappers on a clean, dry surface and evenly divide crabmeat mixture among wrappers.
Moisten edges of wrappers with water and fold one corner to the other corner - making triangle pockets. Press firmly along edges to seal in filling.
Place on baking sheet and spray tops of rangoons with nonstick spray.
Bake 6 minutes.
Gently turn over and bake 6 more minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 2 servings (4 rangoons each)
