Pillsbury pizza dough
Ricotta Cheese, fat free
Open the dough and spread it out. Try to stretch it out a little bit so it makes more of a square. Take a pizza cutter and divide the dough into 4 pieces.
Mix the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses together in a bowl. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly between all four sections of dough.
Take one corner of the dough and fold it over to the opposite corner so you have a triangular shape. Pinch the edges together.
Place the calzones on the cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
I usually serve this up with some pizza sauce.
