Weight Watchers Mini Calzone

Introduction

These are quick and easy to make. My daughter loves them too. These are quick and easy to make. My daughter loves them too.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pillsbury pizza dough
    Ricotta Cheese, fat free
    Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Open the dough and spread it out. Try to stretch it out a little bit so it makes more of a square. Take a pizza cutter and divide the dough into 4 pieces.

Mix the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses together in a bowl. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly between all four sections of dough.

Take one corner of the dough and fold it over to the opposite corner so you have a triangular shape. Pinch the edges together.

Place the calzones on the cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

I usually serve this up with some pizza sauce.
