Introduction

Dear Hubby whipped this one up in a flash, and used up a lot of pantry items that were in need of using up. Unorthodox, yes, but tasted very good. Dear Hubby whipped this one up in a flash, and used up a lot of pantry items that were in need of using up. Unorthodox, yes, but tasted very good.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs chuck roast (pot roast)
    1 15 oz can pinto beans (organic Harvest Farms)
    1 15 oz can black bean soup (goya)
    1 8 oz can bamboo shoots
    2 large carrots, sliced in coins
    1 1/2 large onions
    1 C frozen corn
    1 C water
    2 TB worchestershire
    1 TB rice wine

Directions

* Brown beef. Add water and add half the chopped onion.
* Simmer on med heat for 1 hour
* Add seaoning
* Add chopped carrots. Let simmer 1 hour.
* Add potaotes, corn, remaining onion, bamboo. Let simmer 15 mintues.
* Add beans 15 minutes to heat.
