Ingredients
-
-10 oz chopped turkey breast
-1 can, 10 oz, cream of mushroom soup, I use Aldi's brand
-1 1/3 C frozen mixed veggies, I used Shop n Save brand
-1/2 C prepared mashed potatoes
-1/2 C skim milk (fat free)
-1 sheet or 2 servings of puff pastry, thawed, cut into 6 pieces (250g Aldi brand )
Directions
--Mix the turkey, mushroom soup, frozen veggies, mashed potatoes, and milk in a med. pot and heat over low heat until warm. Season with pepper if desired.
--Take your pastry sheet and cut it into 6 even pieces. Fill 6 ramekins with 2/3 C of the turkey mix and top with the puff pastry.
--Lightly glaze the tops of the puff pastry with milk or an egg wash, then cook at 430 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and done.
--Let cool a few minutes before serving.
--Makes 6 servings of 1 ramekin per serving.
