Mom's Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

    4 c. elbow macaroni
    2 cans (12 fl. oz.) Fat-Free Evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp butter, divided
    1/4 c. flour in shaker
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese (6 oz. Extra Sharp, 6 oz Mild)
    Ground Pepper

Directions

Spray 3 quart casserole with non-stick spray.
1st & 2nd Layer - 1/3 macaroni, 1/3 cheese, flour shaken to cover layer, 3 small pieces of butter, freshly grated pepper.

Final layer - macaroni, cheese, ground pepper, remaining butter. Pour 2 cans evap milk over entire casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
