Boiled Pork Dinner

Pork Country Style Ribs 1.5lbs. (1 large pkg.)
3 lbs. Red Potatoes (pelled and sliced)
6 large Carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 large head Cabbage (shredded)
4 large garlic cloves (chopped)
1/4 C Orington Farms powdered chicken broth base
Put meat, onions, garlic and chicken broth base in a large pot with enough water to cover meat. Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer. Cover and cook until meat is tender. Slice carrots and potatoes and cabbage. Remove meat with a slotted spoon when done and set aside on a plate to cool. Add carrots and potatoes and enough water to nearly cover potatoes. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Seperate the meat from bones and fat and stir shredded meat into the veggies before serving. Makes 8 servings, about 2 cups each. About 349 calories per serving.
