1 Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
1/4 cup Garlic
8 slices Tomato
1 cup Mushrooms
1.5 cups Broccoli
2 cups part skim Mozzarella Cheese
Bake at 425 F for 10--15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
To make individual pizzas, just divide the pizza dough up into 8 individual doughs, roll them out and add the toppings.

I make a similar pizza with the following changes that is a hit in my house! I ommit the broccolli, add the cheese over the garlic, sprinkle italian seasoning, then add mushrroms, sliced onion, zuchinni, yellow squash & tomatos then top with grated parmeson cheese & bake.
