    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 CUP +3 TBSP
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving
    Semisweet chocolate, 10.5 oz (approx 60 pcs)
    Heavy Cream 8 OZ
    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz


Directions

GREASE 8- INCH PANS LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
COMBINE BUTTER, SPLENDA, FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING POWDER, SALT, AND EGGS IN LG BOWL MIX ON MED UNTIL SMOOTHCONTINUE BEATING UNTIL INCREASED IN VOLUME (ABOUT 2 MINS) DIVIDE BATTER BETWEEN THE 2 PAN.

BAKE UNTIL INSERTED TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN 20-25 MINS. LET CAKES COOL IN PANS FOR ABOUT 1 MIN THEN REMOVE FROM PANS.
HEAT HEAVEY CREAM JUST TO BOIL, ADD SMALL AMOUNTS OF CHOCOLATE AT A TIME UNTIL MELTEDLET COOL 30 MINS THEN ADD SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE AND MIX UNTIL ITS A SPREADABLE CONSISTANCY.
SPREAD 1/3 OF FROSTING IN BETWEEN CAKES THEN ADD THE REMAINING FROSTING OVER CAKES.
