Introduction

Ingredients

    1) Spelt Flour, 0.2 Cup
    2) White Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp
    3)Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    4) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp
    5) Water, 15 mL

Directions

makes 1 twinkie

You will need all the ingredients listed above, a piece of alluminum foil and a chopstick.

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2) Fold each piece of aluminum foil in half twice. Wrap the folded foil around the spice bottle to create a mold. Leave the top of the mold open for pouring in the batter. Grease the mold with a coating of non-stick spray.
3) Beat together the flour, vinegar, vanilla extract and water in a bowl, till throughly blended (about 2 mins)
4) Pour the batter into the mold, filling each one 3/4 of an inch.
5) Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.
6) Add the cream cheese filling into the mixture.
