Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
    1 package Lipton onion soup
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. ground flaxseed meal (Bob's Red Mill)
    4 oz. Oats (Quaker)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 18 meat muffins

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl thoroughly. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill muffin pans approximately 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
