Ingredients

1.5 pounds ground turkey
2 cans navy beans
1/2 pound carrots (peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 medium onion, diced
1 can Rotelle (your choice Mild/Medium/Hot)
Mrs. Dash
Chili powder
crushed red peppers
Directions
brown ground turkey with approximately 1 cup of chicken broth and carrott pieces (broth to cook carrots and keep turkey from drying out)
add spices as desired (no salt)
add remaining chicken broth, navy beans, and Rotelle
heath through, makes approximately 5 - 1 1/2 cup servings
