Ingredients

    1 sm. Cool Whip Free
    1 Dash Cinnamon
    1 TBSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
    15 oz. Canned Pumpkin
    3 C. Skim Milk
    2 sm. Boxes Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch pudding

Directions

Combine pudding and skim milk. Stir in: pumpkin; cinnamon; and pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon to taste. Fold in cool whip, refrigerate and serve.
