1 box Pillsbury Snickerdoodle Cookies Dry Mix
1/2 Smart Balance Light Butterly Spread
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
Combine cooke mix, softened Butter and egg substitute in medium sized bowl. mix until soft dough is formed. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cooke sheet 2 inches apart. Open the cinnamon sugar pouch and empty contents into a small bowl. Roll rounded dough balls in the cinnamon sugar blend. Place back on the cookie sheet
Bake @ 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are ligh golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Store cookies in air tight container
