Ingredients

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Filippo Berio,
2 cups Uncle Ben's original long grain rice (1 serving - 1 cup cooked rice),
3 cups Chicken stock, home-prepared,
165 grams Broccoli, fresh,
1 (4 oz) can Green Giant Mushroom Pieces and Stems
139 gram(s) Village Farms Bell Peppers yellow,
221 gram(s) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey,
Directions
Heat Oil in lagre, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in rice and cook until golden brown. Stir in chicken broth or stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, stir, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add broccoli, mushrooms pepper and turkey. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes, until all liquid has been absorbed and the rice and vegetables are tender.
