Lee's Vegetarian Wraps

Ingredients

    3 romaine lettuce leafs
    1 half of green pepper sliced
    1 cup sliced red onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    6tbsp hummus( any flavor)

Directions

Heat a little water in a frying pan. Add soy sauce and garlic clove. Sautay for one minute. Add green peppers and onions. Sautay for five mins. While sautaying wash three romaine lettuce leafs and dry them. Spread two tbsp hummus on each leaf. When green peppers and onions are done cooking fill each leaf with them. Roll up and eat just like a wrap.
