2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 TBSP coconut oil
3/4 cup coconut milk (the dairy milk substitute, not the canned thick stuff)
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add and cut in coconut oil (should be solid). Mix in coconut milk. Roll out dough and shape as you like (cut in squares, cookie cutters, etc). Bake for about 10 minutes, until just starting to brown on top.
