Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 4 medium (remove)
    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 6 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 150 grams (remove)
    * *Active Dry Yeast, 11 gram(s) (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 150 grams (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * *Simply Orange 100% Orange Juice - Grove Made (High Pulp), 4 oz (remove)

Directions

Mix all the ingridients. Leave for ~2 hours. Knead. Form dounats and put them one by one into the boiling oil or fill the dounats baking form. Bake until golden at 200 C.
