    EGGS
    SUGAR
    VANILLA
    NUTMEG
    SALT

Directions

MIX THE EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN WITH THE SUGAR, VANILLA AND SALT. SLOWLY POUR IN THE SCALDED MILK. POUR INTO SIX CUSTARD CUPS. SPRINKLE WITH NUTMEG.

SET CUSTARD CUPS INTO A BAKING PAN AND POUR HOT WATER INTO PAN ABOUT 1/2 INCH FROM TOP OF CUPS.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
