Instant Oatmeal

Ingredients

    3 cups oats
    8 tbsp evaporated nonfat milk
    8 tbsp ground flax seed (flax seed meal)
    8 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Grind 1 cup of the oats to make them powdered. Put 1/4 cup of unground oats into 8 baggies or little containers. Add 2 tbsp of the ground oats to each. Add 1 tbsp evaporated nonfat milk, 1 tbsp ground flax, 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon to each baggie or container.
I usually keep the containers in the freezer until I'm ready to use one. I dump it into a bowl then add, while stirring, hot water (about 1/2 cup, more or less) until it's the consistency I want.
