IntroductionThis is very good. As others have said you cannot taste the spinach and it adds so many nutrients. This is very good. As others have said you cannot taste the spinach and it adds so many nutrients.
2 cups vanilla soy milk (I used Silk* Organic)
1/2 medium banana
1 clementine (can use an orange or tangerine)
2 cups spinach ( fresh baby spinach)
I sometimes add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid. I have a very good blender that really blends the orange pith and spinach into a liquid.
