Introduction

Exxcerpted from the Organic Cleanse website. I did not have any caraway seed so I replaced that with Cumin, Celery seed and Cardamom. Great paired with Yukon Gold Potatoes or brown rice. Ingredients

    Beans, great northern, 425.2 grams (remove)
    *Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix, Fresh Express, 4 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *365 Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Serving= 1 Tablespoon), 1 serving (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .25 tsp (remove)
    Celery seed, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cardamom, ground, .12 tsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

add the Olive oil and onions to a pot, carmelize them then add the spices until they are fragrant. Toss in the carrots and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the water, cider and cabbage - cook for 3 minutes and add the beans and let simmer until the beans are warm.
