Chicken + Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients

1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup diced onion
1 cup mixed bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
1 14oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp dried thyme
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 10oz box frozen cut okra, thawed
1/2 lb shrimp
Directions
Add all ingredients except shrimp in slow cooker coating with cooking spray and mix until combined. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or HIGH for 2 hours.
Add the shrimp and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
