Ingredients:
2 lb (32 oz) Salmon
3 Tsp Thyme, fresh
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp Honey
0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the salmon. Place salmon on broiler pan. Brush top of filet with butter-honey mixture. Roast 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
