    2 lbs Sirloin Steak cut into 1" cubes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped Bell Pepper
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 cups water
    2 pkg dry Brown Gravy Mix
    4 cups Rice

Bring to boil, lower heat simmer 15 min
