Introduction

Low Carb Yogurt
Using the yogurt at the store, hope to improve it soon by using homemade higher fat yogurt.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Stonyfield 0% Greek yogurt
    2 frozen blueberries (5g)
    1 slice frozen strawberry (10g)
    1/4 tsp McCormick Raspberry Extract
    4 drops EZ-Sweetz (equal to 8 tsp sugar)

Directions

Microwave frozen strawberries and blueberries for 30 seconds, mash with fork, add to yogurt. Add sweetener and raspberry extract and stir well.

Makes 4 servings, 2.6 carbs each.
Has tiny amount of HFCS and red dye, you can skip using the raspberry extract if you wish.
