Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 88 oz (5.5 lbs)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce (5 tbs)
    *Onion powder, 5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    5 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 5 extra large

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients with hands until very well blended. Form into 2" ball and place on cookie sheet coated with Pam or other non-stick spray. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool if you are going to freeze the balls. If you plan on serving them, add them to your favorite sauce or sandwich! This recipe makes about 130 meatballs....so I freeze them in ziplock freezer bags, 13 to a bag. The cooking time above is per tray.

This recipe will serve about 40-45 people.
