Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan (Mozzarella)Submitted by: JALORSON
Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 1 24 oz jar
4 Chicken Breast, no skin, (about 2.5 lbs)
1 Egg, fresh, large, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 cup Mozzarella shredded cheese,
Dip Chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coat well.
In a 13X9 glass baking dish, arrange chicken.
Bake uncovered for 20 min.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken, then top with cheese.
Bake and additional 10 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with pasta, if desired.
