Ingredients

    Cabbage, napa, 4 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Yams, 1 cup, cubes
    Beans, black, 1 cup (cooked)
    Chopped Garlic, 3 cloves
    Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 2 cups
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte Seasoning, 1 tsp
    **McCormick ground cumin, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

spray pam in your large pot and brown meat with seasonings. add veggies (minus yams and beans) cook for 5 min or so, stirring a few times. add broth and water. bring to a slow bubble. add yams and (cooked) beans. when yams are soft, soup is done.
