    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium chopped
    green onions .5 cup, chopped

Directions
