Introduction

Sucker for pizza? Me too! This was made for us. I eat these several times a week. It's a sneaky way to get in a veggie serving. Sucker for pizza? Me too! This was made for us. I eat these several times a week. It's a sneaky way to get in a veggie serving.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Thomas' Lite Multi-Grain English Muffin
    2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Your favorite fresh tomato, sliced
    Black Pepper to taste
    1 Slice Provolone Cheese
    Dried Basil to taste

Directions

For ONE serving:

1. Split the muffin and toast
2. Place a slice of tomato on each side
3. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the tomato
4. Sprinkle Pepper
5. Rip the slice of cheese in half; fold the halves and place each on each tomato
6. Sprinkle Basil on top of cheese
7. Microwave, Bake, Broil or Grill until cheese is melted
8. Enjoy!

9. Make it a meal. Add grilled chicken - Yum! Purdue has grilled chicken strips already cooked, just heat.
