    1 gallon of nonfat milk,
    1 cup of frzn blueberries,
    4 tbsp of Adams peanut butter,
    2 scoops of Slim-Rite powder,
    2 scoops of Soy/Whey Protein Powder,


Directions

Blend 1 gallon of nonfat milk with 2 scoops of Soy/Whey Protein Powder, 2 scoops of Slim-Rite powder, 4 tbsp of Adams peanut butter, & 1 cup of frzn blueberries. Makes 18 [1 cup] servings.

    I would suggest substituting heavy cream for the skim milk (nobody should drink skim) and add 1 tbls of coconut oil, blended in. Anyone who suggests that saturated fat is bad for you is selling you something - usually sugar. Eat Fat to Get Skinny, people! - 12/7/10
